Amazing weather the past 2 weeks. Is this really Seattle? I expected gloomy days and rain, which is why the state is so green and beautiful. But we were extremely lucky to have sunny and actually Hot temperatures during our entire visit.

Here’s the awesome view from the top of the Space Needle on a sunny day in Seattle.

Can’t help but think about Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan when you are up here.

The Chihuly Garden and Glass located below the Space Needle is a must see exhibit.  Amazing blown glass pieces, displayed indoors and out in the garden. Dale Chihuly is from Tacoma, Washington. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dale_Chihuly

No Visit to Seattle would be complete without a trip to the Pikes Market.

Fresh Seafood is what we came for every day.

This must be good tasting Honey, the Bees are visiting the sample jars.

It’s real entertainment when the fishmongers start throwing big Salmon around.

The Aquarium was part of our CITY PASS so we decided to check it out and it was worthwhile. Can’t say the same for the Science Museum !

Later in the day we took the well known “Argosy Tour” to see the skyline from a different perspective.
